Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated on a cute harbor with breathtaking views. The rooms were charming and a great size, offering everything we needed. However, some noise from the bar above was a minor inconvenience, especially on a Friday night. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, although there were some hiccups likely due to current restrictions. The location, overlooking the bay, is worth waking up early for. The dining experience was a mix of excellent dishes and disappointments. The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and a bit challenging experiences. The rooms were clean and comfortable with character, but we had to deal with some noise that sounded like a generator next to our room. On the bright side, the view overlooking the sea was lovely.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with fantastic views, exceptional and attentive staff, but the dining experience may need improvement. The location is beautiful and welcoming, providing a cozy luxurious atmosphere, but it can get busy. Overall, great value for money with some minor issues.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and warm with stunning views, complimentary bath products, and even a small bottle of whisky. The service was outstanding, the location was breathtaking with fabulous views, and the dining experience was splendid. However, the lack of a television in the room was a downside, and the dining service was a bit muddled at times.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms, with their original ancient furniture, were excellent, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. The service, including both the bar and restaurant, was exceptional, and the setting truly felt like a picturesque escape. The location, nestled in a tiny historic fishing port on the Sleat peninsula, was absolutely stunning. The dining experience provided delicious food perfect for daily adventures, and the facilities were top-notch.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms got cold quickly due to the old building and draft caused by the storm, but extra heating was provided. The location was breathtaking, with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. Dining was disappointing, with warm food and limited options, but a great breakfast on the mainland made up for it.
